Stepping things up.....

I've decided to step things up in the gym. I love my workouts and getting hot and sweaty but its all too easy to do the same routine, so I've added a further 30 mins on the treadmill. Nothing beats the buzz from a good workout for me, well almost nothing! I am not always so disciplined with myself so blogging about this is one way of trying to keep focused. Will I still be so enthusiastic in a months time I wonder?
