Chocolate ice cream.....

I should have known better! I eased off eating tubs of chocolate arctic monkey ice cream as it had become a bit of a habit. The other problem is I cant just have a bowl of the stuff I'll eat the whole tub in one go. Its the same with bars of chocolate if its in the house it wont be there for long! Well I gave into temptation this evening and ate the contents of a tub.....then wondered why I struggled to attempt eating my dinner soon afterwards. Bed recovery needed for an hour and the words 'never again' uttered from my lips, knowing full well I can never resist giving into temptation.
